Mokira is a project by Andreas Tilliander that has just released a full album on German Raster-Noton label. As usual with Raster, the album is full of abstract bleeps and noises à la Pan Sonic, Ikeda, Elph, Farmer´s Manual etc. On this 7" e.p. they deliver a more rhythmic approach more in the style of Pole or Produkt.
